The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it had on 19 December 2019 resolved to vary the utilisation of the proceeds raised from the placement of 64,406,400 Ordinary Shares in the Company (“Placement”) in conjunction with the listing of and quotation for its entire issued share capital on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 17 July 2018. The Company had raised a gross proceeds of approximately RM5.15 million from the Placement.
