We refer to the announcement dated 5 April 2019 in relation to the approval from the Listing Committee of Bursa Securities (“LC”) for an extension of time for PERISAI to submit a new regularisation plan by 31 December 2019 (“Announcement”).
Further to the Announcement, on behalf of the Board of Directors of PERISAI, SJ Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that an application for an extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.04(3) and PN17 of the MMLR has been submitted to Bursa Securities on even date (“Application”).
The Application is subject to Bursa Securities’ consideration and an announcement in relation to the outcome will be released in due course.
