On behalf of the Board of Directors of ILB (“Board”), Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”) wishes to announce that ILHK and Etern Holdings Limited (“Etern Holdings”) have on 19 December 2019, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with SWJ CN Logiport Pte. Ltd. (“SWJ” or the “Purchaser”) for the disposal by ILHK of its entire 65% equity interest and the disposal by Etern Holdings of its entire 35% equity interest in IEL Suzhou to SWJ.
