The Board of Directors of LOTUS wishes to inform that LOTUS intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("35th AGM”) of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are made mainly for the following purposes:-

(a) To ensure compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad; and

(b) To provide clarity and consistency with the amendments that arise from the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory provisions.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in Appendix A of the Notice of 35th AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
