The change of financial year-end for the Company and the Group is for administrative convenience, with a view to avoid peak period as many companies adopt 31 December as their financial year-end, and in consideration of the heavy workload of our finance personnel during the period from December to February as these months are usually busy months due to staff remuneration reviews, customers statements confirmations, budget preparation, and staff leaves due to festive holidays.
