GUH HOLDINGS BERHAD Update on Adjudication between Nine Hundred Builders Sdn. Bhd. [Claimant] against Teknoserv Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) [Respondent]

Further to the announcement made on 4 December 2019, the Company wishes to announce that the Respondent’s solicitors have been served with the following documents:

 

  1. The Claimant’s Adjudication Claim dated 23 December 2019;
  2. The Claimant’s bundle of documents; and
  3. The Claimant’s bundle of authorities.

The breakdown of the claim of RM1,613,575.12 (exclusive of interest and costs) is as follows:

The Company will make further announcement on any material development in relation to this matter from time to time.
