We refer to the announcement dated 15 July 2019 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Board of Directors of Berjaya Land Berhad ("B-Land") wishes to announce that to date, a total of USD15.0 million has been paid towards the Purchase Consideration under the Proposed Acquisition. The final balance payment is to be determined pursuant to the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement and the completion date of the Proposed Acquisition has been extended from 30 December 2019 to 28 February 2020.
