We refer to our announcement dated 24 December 2019 in relation to the resignation of ChengCo PLT as Auditors of PDZ.

The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of PDZ wishes to announce that the Audit Committee and the Board have selected Al Jafree Salihin Kuzaimi PLT (“Salihin”) for appointment as new Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2019, after taking into account, inter alia, the proposed audit fee and engagement proposal from Salihin, as well as their profile, adequacy of resources and experience of their audit engagement team.

The appointment of Salihin as the new Auditors of the Company is subject to the Company receiving the written consent to act as Auditors of the Company from Salihin pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

Further announcement will be made by the Company in due course once the appointment of new Auditors is finalised by the Company.
