The Board of Directors of GENM wishes to announce that Waters Solihull Limited (“WSL”), an indirect wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company duly incorporated in the United Kingdom had been placed under member’s voluntary liquidation pursuant to Chapter III, Part IV of the Insolvency Act 1986, United Kingdom on 19 December 2019.
The member’s voluntary liquidation of WSL will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of the GENM group for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.
