We refer to the announcements dated 25 September 2019, 11 October 2019, 15 October 2019, 14 November 2019, 15 November 2019 and 9 December 2019 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed SCR. The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 December 2019 filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of share capital of the Company pursuant to Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Proposed SCR.
