Further to the Company’s announcement on 14 November 2019, the Board of Directors of Star wishes to inform that the hearing for the Company’s application for summary relief in respect of the Company’s Corporate Guarantee claim against Jaks Resources Berhad has been adjourned by the High Court to 21 April 2020.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on material development in respect of this matter, as and when necessary.
