We refer to the announcements dated 18 June 2019, 20 June 2019, 11 July 2019, 12 July 2019, 25 November 2019 and 6 December 2019 in relation to the non-compliance of the Public Spread Requirement set out in Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main LR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").

The Board of MILUX wishes to announce that based on the Record of Depositors of the Company as at 31 December 2019, the Company’s public shareholding spread was 26.08%.

Accordingly, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main LR of Bursa Securities.
