On behalf of the Board of Directors of Plastrade, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that on 6 January 2020, Plastrade and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Artronix Sdn Bhd have entered into a sale of business agreement with EA Comtronix Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition of the business undertakings of EA Comtronix Sdn Bhd including the identified assets and liabilities for a purchase consideration of RM12,000,000, to be satisfied via a combination of new ordinary shares in Plastrade and cash. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Proposed Acquisition. This announcement is dated 6 January 2020. |
