Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 19 June 2019. The Board of Directors of Permaju wishes to announce that the process to strike off the name of Hasil Irama Sdn. Bhd. (“HISB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, from the Register of the Companies Commission of Malaysia under Section 550 of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Act") has completed and HISB has been duly dissolved under the Act. This announcement is dated 7 January 2020. |
