Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 23 October 2019, 1 November 2019 and 5 November 2019 in relation to the Bill of Demand and Application against RMCD.

Puncak wishes to announce to the Exchange that at the hearing of the Application today, the Court granted leave for the Application and an order to stay the enforcement and effect of the Bill of Demand pending the disposal of the substantive hearing of the Application.

Puncak will make the requisite announcement on material developments on the Application in due course.
