Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of IBRACO ("Board") wishes to announce that IBRACO had, on 9th January 2020, in the ordinary course of business as developer entered into separate sale and purchase agreements ("SPAs") with Sharifah Deborah Sophia Ibrahim ("SDSI" or "the Purchaser"). SDSI is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of IBRACO.
