Further to our previous announcement dated 24th October 2019 and 18th December 2019, the Board of Directors of Kwantas wishes to announce that the appeal was heard. The judge proposed mediation between the Plaintiff and the Defendant and both Plaintiff and Defendant are given one week to forward their settlement proposal to the Court. Both parties expressed their willingness to try the settlement approach. This announcement is dated 9th January 2020. |
