The Board of Directors of SMRT Holdings Berhad (“SMRT” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 January 2020 disposed of the following 1,000,000 ordinary shares in SMR HR Technologies Sdn Bhd (“SMR HRT”), representing the entire equity interest in SMR HRT for a cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00) Only (“Sale Consideration”) (“Disposal”) :
SMR HRT ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMRT.
