The Board of Directors of SMRT Holdings Berhad (“SMRT” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 January 2020 disposed of the following 750,000 ordinary shares in Management Made Easy Sdn Bhd (“MME”), representing the entire equity interest in MME for a cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00) Only (“Sale Consideration”) (“Disposal”) :
MME ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMRT.
