We refer to our announcements dated 10 September 2014, 11 September 2014, 27 January 2015, 6 February 2015, 19 March 2015, 20 March 2015, 1 April 2015, 2 April 2015, 23 April 2015, 29 April 2015, 30 April 2015, 1 November 2016, 1 November 2017, 24 December 2018 and 31 October 2019 in relation to the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of DGB (“Board”) wishes to inform that after the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants have been fully utilised as planned as at 10 January 2020 save for the amount of RM5.5 million allocated for the capital expenditure includes acquiring a property for the purpose of setting up the Group’s headquarters, showroom and customer service centre in Selangor.

The Board after having considered the domestic economic challenges to maintain operational expenditure, the Board has resolved to revise the utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants (“Proposed Revision”).
