2)  The last date of lodgment : 28 Jan 2020
3)  Date Payable : 14 Feb 2020

Remarks 1 :-  The holders of the Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares ("ICPS") must convert their ICPS and lodge their duly completed and signed Conversion Notice with the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd by 5.00 p.m. on 15 January 2020, in order to be entitled to the interim dividend for the ordinary share.
