Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement in relation to the Islamic Commercial Papers Programme dated 12 May 2015 and announcements in relation to the issuance of Islamic Commercial Papers on the dates as set out in the attachment.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, we are pleased to announce that the Twenty-Ninth (29th) issuance of the Islamic Commercial Papers (Sukuk Murabahah) with a nominal amount of RM200 million with a tenure of one month (31 days) from the date of issuance was made on 13 January 2020.

Proceeds from the issuance of Sukuk Murabahah shall be utilised by the Company for shariah compliant working capital purposes.
