Further to Hong Leong Industries Berhad (“HLI”)’s announcement on 14 December 2017 in connection with the Member’s Voluntary Liquidation of Flazer Sdn Bhd (“Flazer”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of HLI, HLI now writes to inform that the Liquidator of Flazer had convened a Final Meeting to conclude the Member’s Voluntary Liquidation of Flazer. A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 9 January 2020 and the Official Receiver on 10 January 2020 (“Lodgment Date”), and on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgment Date, Flazer will be dissolved.
