We refer to the announcements dated 26 November 2019, 5 December 2019 and 12 December 2019 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that the issue price of the new BKB shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP, which is applicable to the entire Final Dividend (i.e. 45 sen per BKB share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2019), has been fixed today at RM16.55 per new BKB share.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new BKB shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP in respect of the Final Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 25 February 2020.
