The Board of Directors of LOTUS wishes to inform that LOTUS intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-
i. Proposed Shareholders’ Ratification of Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature; and ii. Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue and/or Trading Nature.
A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the aforesaid proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
