OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEES SHARE SCHEME

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of K-One Tech wishes to announce that it has on 13 January 2020 offered a total of 8 million ("8,000,000") options over new shares ("Options") at the Subscription Price of RM0.190 to eligible employees of the K-One Group in accordance with the By-Laws under its Employees Share Options Scheme ("ESOS") of K-One Tech.
