Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements on 22 November 2016, 26 February 2018, 28 May 2018, 29 August 2018, 26 November 2018, 25 February 2019, 27 May 2019, 30 August 2019 and 21 November 2019 in relation to the above.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the MOU entered with Bank Rakyat on 22 November 2016 has expired and accordingly the MOU shall be of no further force and effect and neither party shall have further obligations with respect thereto.
The expiration of the MOU would not have any financial impact on SIGN and its subsidiaries.
