Reference is made to FITTERS’ announcements dated 17 October 2019, 21 October 2019 and 23 October 2019 respectively in relation to the Winding-Up Petition No.: BA-28NCC-661-10/2019 filed by Wycom Construction Sdn Bhd against FITTERS Engineering Services Sdn Bhd.
We wish to inform that the hearing for the Case Management previously fixed on 15 January 2020 has been vacated and the next date of hearing has been fixed by Shah Alam High Court on 29 January 2020.
Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
