ATTA - SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Please be informed that the securities of ATTA has been suspended with effect from 12.08pm, Thursday, 16 January 2020, in accordance to Paragraph 16.02(1)(f) of the Main Market Listing Requirements pursuant to a directive from the Securities Commission Malaysia issued under Section 26(1)(c)(ii) of the Capital Markets and Services Act, 2007 ("CMSA")  to effect the suspension as provided under Section 28(1)(a) of the CMSA.
