Reference is made to the Company’s first announcement dated 19 January 2018 and monthly announcements made (“Announcements”) pursuant to PN17 of the Listing Requirements.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of APFT (“Board”), Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn Bhd, being the Financial Adviser for APFT’s Proposed Regularisation Plan, wishes to announce that an application for a third extension of time for 6 months up to 18 July 2020 for the Company to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 16 January 2020 (“3rd Extension of Time Application”).

An announcement in relation to the outcome of the 3rd Extension of Time Application will be released in due course.

The Board wishes to inform that the Company is in the midst of formulating the Proposed Regularisation Plan.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company is required to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan to the regulatory authorities for their approval before 18 January 2020.
