Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 7 January 2020 (“Previous Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings stated in the Previous Announcement.

During the case management on 20 January 2020, High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“the Court”) transferred the above matter and be heard together with the Originating Summons to set aside the Adjudication Decision via Originating Summons WA-24C-266-12/2019.

The Court further gave the following directions: -

a. JCSB is to file affidavit in reply by 28 January 2020;
b. Skyscape is to file affidavit in reply by 11 February 2020;
c. JCSB and Skyscape (collectively referred to as “the Parties”) are to file submissions by 19 February 2020;
d. Next case management is on 20 February 2020; and
e. The hearing of the matter has been fixed on 26 February 2020.
