Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, CHB wishes to inform that Madam See Thoo Chan, the Executive Director of CHB had on 20 January 2020 given her notice of intention to deal in the securities of CHB during the closed period pending the announcement of CHB's 4th quarter results for the period ended 31 December 2019.
