INTRODUCTION

The Board of Directors of YTB (“Board”) wishes to announce that YTBI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTB, had on 20 January 2020 entered the following documents: -

1. Accepted the Letter of Approval (“LA”) from the State Government of Melaka in relation to the Proposed Development to be built on Kawasan Bandar VI, Daerah Melaka Tengah, which is part of YTB flagship mixed development project with an estimated Gross Development Value of RM8 billion, the Impression City; and
2. Entered a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with SCC (collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each as a “Party”) a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore to record the non-binding principles of the Parties’ agreement in relation to the Proposed Engagement as Terminal Operation and Management Consultant (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Engagement”).
