The Board of DGB Asia Berhad had approved the change in the financial year end from 30 Sep to 31 Dec. The next set of audited financial statements shall be for a period of 15 months from 1 Oct 2018 to 31 Dec 2019. Thereafter, the financial year end shall be on 31 Dec for each subsequent year. The rationale was to have the Group's financial year aligned with that of CLI Investment Ltd., a major associate company of the Company, for the ease of preparing the financial results of the Group.
