| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Dynaciate Group Berhad (formerly known as Tatt Giap Group Berhad) ("DGB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the two Ordinary Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 6 January 2020 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM on 21 January 2020.
The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn. Bhd.) (Johor Branch), the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
