In accordance with Paragraph 9.36 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Priceworth International Berhad wishes to announce that the Group's log production volume for the month of December 2019 was Nil (November 2019: NIL).

As stated in previous announcements, PWI and its subsidiaries’ (the “Group”) logging operations were temporarily affected by the widely reported verifications by authorities.  Currently, the Group is operating in one of the Group’s log suppliers’ logging operations at Tongod District, Division of Sandakan.

The Group is also liaising with the relevants authorities for finalising of the report and has requested for the resumption of log harvesting operations on the Group’s timber concessions.
