Circumstances by reason of which change has occurred Acquisition by Kien Huat Realty Sdn Berhad ("KHR") Deemed interest by virtue of being a beneficiary of a discretionary trust ("the Discretionary Trust") of which Parkview Management Sdn Bhd ("PMSB") is the trustee. PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust owns 100% of the voting shares of Kien Huat International Limited which in turn owns 100% of the voting shares of KHR. As such, PMSB as trustee of the Discretionary Trust is deemed interested in Genting Berhad shares held by KHR by virtue of its controlling interest in KHR.
