Further to Hong Leong Financial Group Berhad (“HLFG”)'s announcement on 12 February 2018 in connection with the member’s voluntary winding up of HLFG Assets Sdn Bhd ("HLFG Assets"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HLFG, HLFG writes to inform that the liquidator of HLFG Assets had convened a final meeting to conclude the member's voluntary winding up of HLFG Assets. A Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 23 January 2020 ("Lodgement Date"), and on the expiration of 3 months after the Lodgement Date, HLFG Assets will be dissolved.
