Berjaya Corporation Berhad ("BCorp" or "the Company") has received a notification dated 23 January 2020 from Tan Sri Dato' Seri Vincent Tan Chee Yioun, the Executive Chairman of the Company that he intends to deal in the securities of the Company during closed period.
