We refer to the announcements dated 7 November 2019, 9 December 2019, 13 December 2019, 16 December 2019, 3 January 2020 in relation to the 1st DRP. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by the Share Registrar, Ranhill will be issuing 6,961,407 new Ranhill Shares pursuant to the 1st DRP. The new Ranhill Shares to be issued represent approximately 35.59% of the maximum number of 19,559,177 new Ranhill Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the 1st DRP had all the entitled shareholders of Ranhill elected to reinvest the electable portion of their Second Interim Dividend into new Ranhill Shares.
