The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company has resolved to extend its existing ESOS, which is expiring on 27 February 2020,

for another three (3) years until 27 February 2023 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws.

This extension is not subject to the approvals of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Securities Commission and the shareholders of the Company.

An appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
