The Company had decided and approved the change in the financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 December to 30 June. The rationale for the change of FYE is to appoint the new Auditors in view of the resignation of Messrs. Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar as External Auditors of the Company and to provide adequate time for the new Auditors to perform and complete the FYE audit.
The next set of Audited Financial Statements shall made up for 18 months from 1 January 2019 to 30 June 2020. |
