Reference is made to the announcements dated 9 August 2019, 2 October 2019, 16 October 2019, 15 November 2019, 27 November 2019, 28 November 2019, 23 December 2019, 24 December 2019, 27 December 2019, 10 January 2020, 13 January 2020, 14 January 2020 and 15 January 2020 in relation to the Corporate Exercises (“Announcements”) as well as the Circular dated 29 November 2019 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements and Circular.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that based on the Company’s issued share capital as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 January 2020 (being the Entitlement Date for the Share Consolidation), 1,000,711,742 ordinary shares in KPPB have been consolidated into 200,142,339 ordinary shares in KPPB.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 31 January 2020, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
