We refer to our Announcement dated 9 January 2020 in relation to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s approval for an extension of time until 20 June 2020 for BMedia to submit a regularisation plan (“Plan”) to the relevant authorities for approvals (“EOT Approval”). The Board of Directors of BMedia wishes to inform that the Management of BMedia is still working on the Plan. Based on the EOT Approval, BMedia has about four and a half (4 ½) months to submit the Plan to the relevant authorities for approvals. Any further development on the Plan will be announced accordingly. This Announcement is dated 3 February 2020. |
