The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Berhad had received the latest update from its solicitors. The Shah Alam High Court has set a case management on 6 February 2020 in regards to CMSB’s stay application which was filed on 24 January 2020.

 The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
