We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 9 October 2018, 10 October 2018, 2 November 2018, 9 November 2018, 22 January 2019, 30 January 2019, 4 March 2019, 27 March 2019, 25 June 2019, 2 August 2019 and 16 January 2020 (“Announcements”) in respect of the above. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

ENRA wishes to inform that pursuant to the case management in the Court of Appeal on 5 February 2020 by way of e-review, the Court of Appeal has confirmed that the Notices of Discontinuance of both Civil Appeal No. W-02(C)(A)-198-01/2019 and Civil Appeal No. W-02(C)(A)-204-01/2019 filed on 20 January 2020 are in order. Hence, Gemula’s appeals against the High Court’s decisions in enforcing the Adjudication Decision and dismissing Gemula’s application to set aside the Adjudication Decision are discontinued and withdrawn without liberty to file afresh.

The written orders of the High Court for the enforcement of the Adjudication Decision in favour of EEFab and the winding up of Gemula remain valid.

ENRA will announce any material developments of the above matter at the appropriate time.
