The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to their address as stated in the Record of Depositors of Techbond prior to the date of listing of the Warrants.
The admission and listing of the Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will take place two (2) market days after the submission of the application for quotation of the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
