The Board of Directors of UMSNGB wishes to announce that UMS Lamp (M) Sdn. Bhd. [(Registration No. 201001040107 (924032-A)] (“UMSL”), the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has been struck off from the Register of the CCM and gazetted on 11 October 2019 ("Strike-off").
The Strike-off of UMSL is not expected to have any material effect on the UMSNGB Group’s earnings and net assets for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
