Further to the Company's announcement made on 17 February 2020, the Board of Directors of HLT Global wishes to inform that the entry to the Patent License Agreement will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of HLT Global. It is also not expected to have any material effect on earnings per share and net assets per share of HLT Global for the current financial year ending 31 December 2020, but is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the HLT Global group of companies.
