Further to the announcement dated 17 February 2020, The Board of the Company wishes to announce that a Summon in Chambers in relation to an application to appoint private liquidator by the Petitioner was served on the Coconut Three Sdn Bhd on 18 February 2020. The Summons in Chambers is fixed for case Management on 2 March 2020 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
The Company will make the necessary announcment on the development of the litigation accordingly.
